According to property registration data, the company has taken over 4.5 lakh sq ft of office space on lease for a period of five years. The agreement started earlier this month and is expected to continue till the end of the decade.
The office space is located in a Grade A development at Radius IT Park. It has been leased from Indo Global Soft Solutions and Technologies Pvt Ltd.
The total rental cost for the deal is estimated to cross ₹82 crore over the lease period. The starting monthly rent is around ₹1.25 crore, with a yearly increase of 5 per cent built into the agreement.
The deal includes around 3.29 lakh sq ft of carpet area and about 4.57 lakh sq ft of total chargeable space.
This transaction reflects strong demand for large office spaces in Pune, especially in Hinjewadi, which remains a key IT hub. The area continues to attract both Indian and global companies due to its infrastructure and connectivity.
Industry experts say the city’s office market has seen steady activity, with several big deals happening across locations like Kharadi and Hinjewadi. The trend is driven by companies expanding operations and moving into Grade A office space.
The deal further strengthens Pune’s position as a major business destination, with continued demand for large office setups and long-term commercial leasing plans.
