The company, which operated from the Geras Imperial Rise building in Hinjawadi Phase 2, has allegedly shut down suddenly, leaving nearly 700 employees and interns in financial trouble.
According to former employees, the company started hiring aggressively in mid-2025. Initially, salaries and stipends were paid on time, helping the firm build trust among workers.
Interns were reportedly receiving a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 during the early phase.
However, employees claimed that problems began in February 2026 when salaries were not credited on the usual payment dates.
When staff questioned the management, company CEO and director Harshal Bhanudas Thackeray allegedly said that an “internal audit” was underway and assured employees that pending salaries would be cleared by the end of February.
The HR department also reportedly sent emails repeating the same assurance. But employees said no payments were made even after the promised deadline.
Workers claimed the company later gave multiple new dates in March and April, including April 20, April 29 and April 30, but salaries still remained unpaid.
According to employees, the management later stated during a meeting that it would take another three months to clear all dues.
One of the most serious allegations involves a security deposit collected from interns. Employees claimed interns were asked to pay Rs 15,000 as a deposit, which was never returned.
Several workers also alleged that cheques issued by the company later bounced.
Some employees further claimed that the CEO informed the bank that the cheques had been lost, creating problems when workers tried to deposit them.
Former employees alleged that many workers are now facing severe financial stress after not receiving salaries for nearly four months.
Several interns and junior employees who had recently started their careers are reportedly struggling with both financial and mental pressure.
Employees and interns had approached Pune Police on April 20 and filed complaints against the company. Despite repeated assurances from the management, no money has reportedly been paid so far.
A written complaint has also been submitted to the Deputy Labour Commissioner in Pune, and legal proceedings are currently underway.
Former employees claimed the company office is now completely closed. Apart from staff salaries, vendors, laptop rental agencies and even the office owner are also reportedly waiting for pending payments.
